The customer required their old unused garage to be converted into a usable office space and utility room.

Atrim was enlisted to manage the whole conversion, including fitting new heating, electrical outlets and patio doors, as well as new under-floor and wall insulation and damp-proofing. The porch was also redesigned; the old timber porch was removed and replaced with a new part-brick porch, complete with new windows and door.
